Frédéric Moreau

Frédéric Moreau is a French essayist and entrepreneur based in Seoul. He is the founder of DfinA, an independent think tank devoted to economic analysis, financial education and the understanding of how value is created, preserved and transmitted.

The author of Mensonge monétaire. Les chaînes invisibles de la finance mondiale, he studies the relationships between money, debt, power, information and trust. His research also explores the transformations brought about by artificial intelligence, digital certification, the changing nature of work and the new relationships between technology and society.

His path is deliberately cross-disciplinary. Alongside his work as an author and entrepreneur, Frédéric Moreau pursued an international career as a concert violinist, conductor and teacher. This experience of creation, performance and transmission informs an economic reflection that does not separate financial value from human, cultural and symbolic value.
